Description
Natural Mounjaro Recipe is a simple 4-ingredient detox drink made with lime, ginger, honey, and coconut water. Supports digestion, energy, and weight loss.

- 1 cup fresh coconut water (or filtered water)
- 1 medium lime (or lemon), juiced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated or sliced
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Optional: A pinch of turmeric
Instructions
- 1. Grate or slice the ginger and squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 2. Warm the coconut water slightly, but do not boil.
- 3. Add ginger to warm coconut water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
- 4. Strain the mixture into a glass.
- 5. Stir in the lime juice and raw honey.
- 6. Add turmeric (optional) and mix well.
- 7. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with lime or mint.
Notes
- For intermittent fasting, skip the honey.
- Use turmeric to enhance anti-inflammatory effects.
- Replace lime with apple cider vinegar for added detox benefits.
- Drink first thing in the morning for best results.
