Natural Mounjaro Recipe is a simple 4-ingredient detox drink made with lime, ginger, honey, and coconut water. Supports digestion, energy, and weight loss.


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup fresh coconut water (or filtered water)
  2. 1 medium lime (or lemon), juiced
  3. 1-inch piece of ginger, grated or sliced
  4. 1 teaspoon raw honey
  5. Optional: A pinch of turmeric

Instructions

  • 1. Grate or slice the ginger and squeeze the juice from the lime.
  • 2. Warm the coconut water slightly, but do not boil.
  • 3. Add ginger to warm coconut water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • 4. Strain the mixture into a glass.
  • 5. Stir in the lime juice and raw honey.
  • 6. Add turmeric (optional) and mix well.
  • 7. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with lime or mint.

Notes

  1. For intermittent fasting, skip the honey.
  2. Use turmeric to enhance anti-inflammatory effects.
