Description

Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe is a vibrant detox tea made with butterfly pea flowers, lemon juice, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Known for its color-changing beauty and antioxidant boost, this herbal drink supports hydration, digestion, and daily wellness.


Ingredients

  1. 500 ml (2 cups) water
  2. 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
  3. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  4. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced (optional) Juice of 1 lemon
  5. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. If using ginger, add it during this step.
  2. 2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of dried butterfly pea flowers. Steep for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the liquid to remove flowers, or leave them in if preferred.
  4. 4. Add 1 teaspoon honey, juice of 1 lemon, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Watch the color shift from blue to purple as you stir. 6. Serve warm immediately, or let cool and pour over ice for a refreshing cold version.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes 2 servings.
  2. You can add 1 teaspoon honey per cup.
  3. I personally prefer 1/2 teaspoon. Use raw apple cider vinegar with the mother for full benefits.
  4. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar for up to 3 days.
