Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water or brewed green tea
  • 1/41/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice (optional)
  • 1/21 tsp psyllium husk (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Brew green tea or yerba mate and let it cool slightly.
  • 2. In a large glass, combine ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • 3. Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  • 4. Add raw honey if desired, stir to blend.
  • 5. Pour in cranberry juice and mix again.
  • 6. Stir in psyllium husk just before drinking.
  • 7. Serve warm or chilled and enjoy immediately.
