Ingredients

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water or brewed green tea
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice (optional)
- 1/2 – 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Brew green tea or yerba mate and let it cool slightly.
- 2. In a large glass, combine ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- 3. Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and mix well.
- 4. Add raw honey if desired, stir to blend.
- 5. Pour in cranberry juice and mix again.
- 6. Stir in psyllium husk just before drinking.
- 7. Serve warm or chilled and enjoy immediately.
